Payment Terms

Project Timeline

Client Responsibilities

Content Ownership: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final product.
Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information: We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Post-Launch Support

Included Support: We offer post-launch maintenance and bug fixes as part of our MVP package.
Additional Support: Any additional support or changes requested after the initial launch may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Damages: Leviito, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to us for the services.

Termination

Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
Payment Upon Termination: Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes to Terms

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
